Hi Phil,

Very many thanks for your prompt response to my call out yesterday.  The running of my small Community Web Site and Forum requires regular, and reliable, access to the Internet and my new Router was causing major problems.  I had already called out a local lad, with limited IT experience, who could not solve the WiFi problem.  You not only identified the interference with the wireless link and solved it but, as an added bonus, improved my access speed and connected my Skype Dual Phone via the new router.

Welcome to the Costa del Sol, we need good, professional technicians here who attend customers promptly and do not charge an arm and a leg with expensive 'call out' charges.  I will certainly add you to my Web Site's 'Satisfied Customer' thread, and wish you every success in your venture in Spain.

Hi Vicky and Martin

I'm a project manager at Computacenter.  Engineer Phil Swift has asked me to provide a short reference for work for BAT.

Phil has worked for CC on two or three projects for BT and each time we have had excellent service, although I haven't met Phil in person.  In my opinion, he ticks the box for timekeeping, dedication to the task, ability to work independently and resourcefulness.  I was particularly impressed with his work for Openreach in Portsmouth.  The customers were not being cooperative accepting a new build platform; Phil took this in his stride and delivered, even troubleshooting unheard of applications which led to T&M being paid.   Normally, I would never leave a contractor to fend for himself on a project but Phil coped so well I did exactly that, allowing me to firefight other sites.

Our laptop is important to the running of Skintrade so when it would not start up,  it was important we had it working again quickly. Although we do backups of all our data, we had spent a few days generating a lot of data that was not backed up. The only place it existed was on our laptop hard drive. We called in Phil to help out and we had the data recovered and the laptop working again within a couple of days.
