Fees
Domestic home call-out fees start at €35 EUR /£30 GBP per hour, there is normally no call out charge for the Costa del Sol and Isle of Wight unless it is an out of hours emergency. Remote support is charged at €28 EUR / £25 GBP per hour. The first hour is charged as full and from thereon, every half an hour. A home office (or SOHO) is classed as domestic support including Citrix and Cisco VPN support.
SME (Small to Medium Enterprises up to 500 computers) and LE (Large Enterprise over 500 computers) fees start at €70 per hour for one-off break-fix consultancy and engineering, unless we have agreed and signed a service contract. This means ou can have Enterprsie support more cheapily but we expect a commitment from you with a service contract. Without a service contract, there is a minimum charge of €90 per incident.
We reinvest over 25% of our profit back into the services we provide. This, along with working in partnership with you, and asking you what you need from IT service contractors, means we can improve our services and deliverables, stop fire fighting, implement PPM (Planned Preventitive Maintenance), and manage both our expectations.
Support Bank & Managed Services
Gold support contracts
Support Bank & Managed Services (10:00am to 2pm then 5pm to 8pm, 5 days a week) attracts lower fees on a sliding scale, starting from around €7000 PA or €32 per node*
Platinum support contracts
24 hrs per day, 7 days per week (24/7), is a premium bespoke service and attracts a higher fee, please contact us to discuss a bespoke support package.
Contracts running from 2 to 6 years with a sliding scale of discount.
Fees do not include any incurred travel costs or accommodation costs, these will be agreed with you in advance.
